When this Dad called me to take his family pictures, I was beyond thrilled. Hank and his brother were Naval Academy roommates, and we are so fond of their entire family. When we met for their portrait session, I felt like we were having a reunion with long time friends. That’s just how they are, wonderful, welcoming, fun, and real. Mom warned me that her kids are just like their dad and uncle..and I knew exactly what she meant. I laughed out loud…this is a marathon-running, record-breaking kind of family! But, I assured her, we will get some wonderful shots! And, we did..here are some of my faves from this beautiful family session, at the Battlefield.
Again, I LOVE the candid shots! You are the master and these are some really great subjects : D.
Liz, you are too kind! Thank you for your sweet comments. We had a great time, great weather, and great subjects! 🙂 xo
Looks great, Karen.
Karen, I love how you take such candid shots of families that really seem to capture their spirit as a family. You capture those one-of-a-kind moments that they’ll treasure forever.
Thank you so much Donna.

These are WONDERFUL shots, Karen!!! Their personalities really shine through. You have such a great way of highlighting the best in your clients.
Gorgeous shots. I keep thinking what treasures these are now, and even more so in the future. Time flies, truly.
Karen, these are beautiful shots. I can just see you smiling on the other side of the camera. You obviously take great joy in your work, reflected in the faces of your subjects.
